Meet The Founder
Hi, I’m Rachel Valdez.
I used to think that in order to get things done right (in a way I'd actually be happy with), I had to do it myself. And for a while, I was right. But like many creators, I was doing it all alone. I ran a coffee cart business while working a full corporate job, doing pop-ups on weekends, managing social media, creating content, balancing invoicing and event hosting — all after my 9-5. And all of that on top of showing up as a good wife, friend, and daughter. So believe me when I say… I know how difficult it is to balance it all.
The biggest lesson I learned from being a master juggler is this: delegating tasks to professionals doesn't just free up your time and lighten your mental load, it can actually earn you more money. That shift in mindset changed everything for me.
